Why I Do What I Do
I started out as an engineer, curious about how technology could change the way industries worked. Over the past 35+ years, that curiosity turned into a career of building, leading, and scaling industrial businesses across the world.
From service engineering and instrumentation to leading global automation companies as CEO, I’ve seen firsthand how companies struggle with transformation. Too often, they chase technology for the sake of technology. And too often, people—their skills, culture, and vision—get left behind.
That’s why I started Trans Foresee: to work directly with manufacturers, SMEs, and service providers who want more than buzzwords. I help them make digital transformation practical, achievable, and sustainable.
My role isn’t to sell you technology. It’s to guide you with clarity, bridge business and technology, and empower your team to succeed in Industry 4.0.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across the industrial spectrum—helping organizations bridge the gap between operations and strategy. My foundation lies in control automation and systems integration, with deep expertise in IT–OT convergence, enabling industries to harness technology not as a buzzword, but as a true enabler of growth.
My journey has taken me through diverse sectors—tyres, automotive, batteries, foundries, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, FMCG, heavy industries, and utilities—each bringing unique challenges and opportunities. This broad exposure has given me a 360° view of manufacturing and process industries, allowing me to connect shop-floor realities with boardroom aspirations.
At the core of my work is a simple belief: technology must serve business outcomes. I focus on aligning digital initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring that every solution is not just technically robust, but also strategically meaningful.
To make this happen, I emphasize collaboration—bringing in the right subject matter experts (SMEs), technology partners, and agencies to co-create solutions. From shaping the Scope of Work (SoW) to guiding project management and deployment, I take a holistic, lifecycle-driven approach that ensures seamless integration, optimized performance, and measurable results.
For me, thought leadership isn’t about theory. It’s about guiding real-world transformation—grounded in experience, collaboration, and outcomes that last.
